Can I make changes to my advanced order?Updated 3 months ago
No problem! All changes – limited to cancelling the order, removing item(s) or basic modifications – to advanced orders for local pick-up or delivery must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your requested pickup time. We cannot accommodate same-day changes.
Note: if you want to change your pick-up location, we also recommend cancelling the order and placing a new one at the new location.
For same day change requests including updated pick up times, please reach out directly to the bakery where you placed the order by calling the number listed on the LOCATIONS PAGE.
If you would like to add an item or items to your existing advanced order, we recommend you place a new order for the additional advanced pick-up item(s).
