To maintain the highest quality and cleanliness standardsour production partners use quality practices recommended by the FDA and Safe Quality Food Institute, including full allergen cleaning and inspection of production lines when changing from production of one product containing any of the top 9 allergens (dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat and sesame) to production of another that does not contain the same allergen. However, as ingredients and facilities may change from time to time, we strongly encourage checking the label for current ingredient and allergen information – this may be found on the right panel of the cookie box and back panel of the cookie wrapper. If you have an additional question about a specific allergen, please contact us at [email protected].
