Can I make changes to my online order after it ships?Updated a year ago
As a policy, all our perishable desserts that ship nationwide are final sale and once they have been processed for shipment, we are unable to make any changes to the order.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we will not be able to re-route the package as it increases the time in transit. If you need to have your order held for pick up at a FedEx facility near you, you may set that up by navigating to the FedEx tracking page and clicking on Manage Delivery. Please note that this may also increase the time in transit.
Any changes or cancellations to a nationwide shipping order must be made 3 days in advance of the initially requested delivery date. In the instance that you experience an issue with your order, please contact [email protected]. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible. Each issue is handled on a case-by-case basis.
