Magnolia Bakery is not responsible for packages once they have left our facility and are with the carrier en route to final destinations. We cannot anticipate or control carrier disruptions like inclement weather or package handling. We encourage you to take advantage of Route Package protection to provide insurance in the event of a carrier delay.
